Introducing Gertrude Deal, a seasoned Human Resources Professional with over 25 years of experience in Employee and Labor Relations. Having served in diverse roles such as Human Resource Business Partner, Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator, Senior Labor Relations Consultant, Senior Consultant and Manager of Employee Relations, and leader of HR professionals, Gertrude brings a wealth of experience to the table. Her commitment to fostering a harmonious workplace while adeptly managing risks has made her an invaluable asset to organizations.

Gertrude is a knowledgeable professional holding a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Master's in Human Resource Development. With her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, along with certifications in Labor Arbitration and Civil Treatment training, she is fully equipped to assist your organization. As an engaged member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI), Gertrude brings invaluable expertise to improve workplace culture and ensure compliance.
